| Transportation: | The conference takes place just a short walk from the hotel. Attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the airport as well as to any post-conference gatherings. |
| Pre-conference gathering: | Sunday October 14th at 5:30pm at the Embassy Suites. Join us for food, drinks and networking. |
| T-Shirt Exchange: | Each year there is a hat/shirt exchange that is a great way to meet other attendees. Bring along a T-shirt from your school to swap (bring the size that you wear). It's a great way to meet your peers. |
