Andrew Sanders is the IT Manager and Lead Systems Architect for Systems Engineering at UNCG. His team is responsible for all servers (Windows and Linux) running at UNCG, and he is also the service owner for Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro, and (soon to be) Teams.

Brian Arkills is a Microsoft Solutions Architect in the Identity and Access Management group at the University of Washington (UW). Prior to joining the UW in 2002, he worked as a Principal Systems Engineer in the Windows Systems group at Stanford University.

Kim Frye is a service manager and software engineer with UW-IT. Kim has been at the UW for 2 years, and previously worked at the City of Kirkland’s IT department. Kim has seasoned experience with both Intune and SCCM, and has an uncanny knack for finding good compromise solutions for tough design problems.

Mike Childers is a Systems Programmer/Specialist at Appalachian State University. The team he is a part of is primary responsible for the design, implementation and support of App's Microsoft, Apple and Chrome OS enterprise class systems and services. His main focus areas currently are WVD, Azure Infrastructure, AAD, AD DS, AD CS, MECM, and various enterprise applications that run on Windows Server.

Craig Loewen is a Program Manager working at Microsoft on the Windows Subsystem for Linux. Craig has worked on bringing more Linux workflows directly to Windows for developers and IT pros. Craig is a South African Canadian originally from Toronto, and before working at Microsoft, he studied Mechatronics engineering at the University of Waterloo.

Avri is a Program Manager at Microsoft driving Windows performance improvements and enterprise features for the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). She joined Microsoft in 2019 after graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in computer science and business administration. Her goals are to improve the performance of developer workflows on Windows and to make WSL ready for enterprise consumption.

Carlos Coronel, Middle Tennessee State University

Carlos is the Information Resources Director of the Jones College of Business in Middle Tennessee State University. He was a founding partner of Sinfo-Q S.A., a systems consulting company in Ecuador. While working at Sinfo-Q, he received the prestigious 1986 IBM Ecuador Information Technology Award as member of the development team’s winner solution. Carlos has 30 years of academic service as a member of the Information Systems and Analytics department where he has taught classes ranging from introduction to Microcomputing to database, web development and data communications.
